Re: How 2 clean the screen protector
thanks for the advice....these forums just rock
i have a microfiber cloth that i use to clean the phone ritualistically.....happened to be one that i got with a pair of eyeglasses i purchased.....my optician gives them out all the time.....if you want a freebee i would just walk in and ask for a lens cloth....they are the perfect size.....about 6" by 4".....they really do a fantastic job getting everything off the phone again thanks all....i will try juggalo's technique first and see how i do |

Just to let everyone know, if you want a good cleaning cloth for the screen, Autozone sells microfiber electronic screen cleaning cloths for $2.50. They come in a pack of 2, and they are washable.

Alright guys, I want to hear the methods listed in here work or not, lol
Thanks a lot for the tricks and treats. |
Re: How 2 clean the screen protector
I just run mine under cold water to rinse off the lint, then use a credit card or a piece of plastic to squeegie off the water on the stick side and reapply. No lint, no bubbles.

Re: How 2 clean the screen protector
Hey all....just wanted to report back that i did clean the screen protector....and everything worked just fine.....except for one little spec that i must not have gotten off the screen protector
i ended up using warm water and a little bit of soap and just rubbed the screen between my thumb and fingers.....afterwards i used a small dish of rubbing alcohol and dipped it in there so there would not be any waterspots since we have really hard water.....let it dry for a little while and then reapplied the protector thanks for all of your comments....i do appreciate it. |
