Incoming Text timestamps are 1 hour early
 
anybody else have this problem?

how do we get this fixed? the outgoing timestamps are correct and it doenst happen that often. has anybody fixed this or know what to do? i called sprint my account is fine and my time and time zone is correct as well.

This happened to me once and only on my Touch (Vogue). I did a soft reset and it fixed itself. It was almost like the phone was not getting it's time updates from Sprint or something.

Try hitting Start - Settings - Phone- Services Tab - Select Time Synchronization - Hit 'Update Now' Button. This worked for me before.

I never noticed it on mine, but I installed the DST update:

really they never included dst update? thats odd especially for a phones release date 6 months after the fact

ONly time it happens to me is if I am roaming.
