Sprint Navigation from Contacts Doesn't Work
 

I have two Diamonds with the same problem and have seen four other users on other threads reporting the identical problem. Select a contact and select the option "Drive To." Sprint Navigation opens and says searching for address, goes to 100% then stops and will not go further.

Anybody else experience this?

Anybody know of a fix?

Strange that's the third navagation program I've have trouble with contacts.

Mapopolis could never deal with them
iGuidance doesn't either. Grrrr.

There is a weird workaround for iGuidance that if you stick "Town Of" in the right place in the address in the contact (in the same format you see when manually looking up an address). Then the contact will work. Not sure if it's a similar issue with Sprint.

I think something is funky how addresses are stored in Outlook Contacts that some software just doesn't know how to parse.

It is a known issue and will probably be fixed in a software update for Sprnt Nav.
