Internet Sharing and Tethering disconnect

I am using Internet Sharing to Tether (Juicy Rom 2.4.1). it works great for a couple days. now it keeps disconnecting randomly. I have to disconnect then reconnect. soft reset does not help either. it is very annoying.

Anyone experience this isue? or do you know how to fix it?
