Um, your phone should already have that. I can scroll in File Explorer.

doesnt work in all programs, there was a cab fix for it tho, i need it

How about using the search feature of the forum instead of starting a new thread for every problem you run in to? More then a dozen threads in a few days for mostly simple are answered questions really needs to stop.

My diamond scrolls anywhere i am, i didn't know there was a problem like this.

No....Does your diamond scroll anywhere when you cricle on the d-pad? That is not stock behavior...check the above post and try that...
