Sounds like, you want to unlock your Diamond; and install a custom Roms. Read this first

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=36062

Download the files
1. Diamond Unlocker
2. Unzip the files
3. Connect your Diamond via Active Sync
4. After you unzip Diamond Unlocker, you'll see a folder. Inside the folder, you'll see RomUpdateUtility, RUN IT
5. Follow the instructons, keep hitting update and next
6. If done correctly, the phone will go the a tri colour screen and the process will begin. Active sync will disconnect, don't worry about it. The phone will reset on its own when completed.

Ater you pick a custom rom you want, follow all the same steps listed above.

PLEASE READ FIRST **TOBECHRIS HOW TO UNLOCK** (LINK ABOVE)

Hopefully this help you, good luck

Your title says "Network Unlock".

CDMA phones are NOT locked to a certain carrier, it's that other carriers won't take them into their network, that is another story..

You need to obtain your phone's MSL first off to reprogram your phone for use on another carrier.. You will need that carrier's SID/NID information, as well as their PRL... Be sure that the carrier you are intending on using this phone on also uses CDMA etc..

Help us help you.. What is it that you are looking to do here and what carrier is your phone currently from?

Sounds like you ran an unlocker for CDMA phones on a GSM Diamond. I have no clue how badly you just screwed yourself, but I wish you luck...

Re: Network unlock - plssss

CDMA and GSM are just two differnt types of celluar networks used around the world.

In North America we have both... CDMA (Sprint, Telus, Alltel, Verizon, etc.) and GSM (AT&T). Vodaphone and Orange (unless I am very confused) are in Europe, which is GSM. Basically, your HTC Diamond has a sim card for the carrier, correct? Because CDMA phones do not use sim cards, and I'll bet that if you are in Europe, you have a sim card... which means it is a GSM phone.

And running an unlocker for CDMA phones on a GSM phone cannot be a good thing.

Not sure as I have never owned a GSM Phone. Have you tried running the relocker from the Upgrades forum? It should be in the same thread as the unlocker...
