I received mine today with the same issue. It sucks to have to modify it to get it to work, as expensive as it is it should have the hole pre-cut.

I just called and they said that I would get a replacement sent. They are currently on backorder so I have to wait until they get them in.

Re: invinsibleshield for your usa (sprint/telus) touch diamond

go to bestskinsever.com . It is the same material and about a 1/3 the cost. They have the cdma version with earpiece cut out. I recieved mine last week. 11.00 with shipping and it only took 3 days.

Re: invinsibleshield for your usa (sprint/telus) touch diamond

OK, my 2 cents about IS. I put the full body kit on for my ipod Nano half year ago, and it was kinda painful to get everything right especially the corners. You gotta wrap the film up which means you need to align everywhere else pretty precisely. It does do a great job in terms of scratch proof, the only thing that I'm not comfortable about is the precedure of applying it. You have to use their "solution" to moisturize the film before applying it on the surface, and geez the solution used up very fast that you almost have to refill it. Then I noticed that on the bottle it has a fine print saying that you can just add pure water to the bottle to make full use of the residue, and yes, the "solution" is just normal sopy water. Thsi makes me wonder if anyone's willing to let those soapy water leak into the electronics and cause some trouble or mess later on.

I received mine yesterday and it did have a pre-cut piece for the earpiece. I just needed to push it out but the perforation was there.
What I didn't like about it was it made my screen look bad. Especially on white screens. It had some weird lines that showed and made the VGA screen look pretty bad. I had messed up the protector that came with the Diamond and I had it on but it was pretty dirty.
What I did was use the spray it came with, sprayed the original protector, sprayed my fingers, and wiped it clean. Put it back on, and my original protector looks like new!
The Zag protector also had a very sticky feel to it. Not as fun to do any swiping on.

Re: invinsibleshield for your usa (sprint/telus) touch diamond

+1 eman... I recieved my Zagg protector 2 days ago... Didnt even bother putting it on... sent the thing right back... no questions asked.

I had the Invisishield on my Samsung Instinct before... at first it is sticky but after a while (finger grease) it becomes pretty easy to swipe on... It does make typing easier as your fingers dont tend to slip as much but it just isnt as smooth as the boxwave. So int he end I had to order the Boxwave screen protector.

It was shipped in less than a day and I am just waiting for it to come in.
