Profile Manager
 

I've found a few softwares, but none so far that do exactly what I want them to. What I'm looking is a "Profile Manager" that will allow me to define several profiles, such as "Work", and "Home" and set not only corresponding notification types but also specify the sounds to be used. For example, the "Work" profile might have a conservative sounding ring tone while the "Home" profile has something a little more interesting.

Any suggestions or experience with existing software?
