I got it loaded, run it, and try and locate the theme files I saved but doesnt show up.
Do I leave them in zip? I unzip and put on device. Cannot find them

I did the same thing. What you have to do is just highlight the folder that you saved your themes in and hit OK. Don't actually open the folder. After you hit okay, use the drop down menu and your themes will be there. It only took me 2 days to figure that out!

I made a folder called Themes in my internal storage, and put them all in there. Click on path, double click Internal Storage and then just a single click on the Themes folder. Just to highlight it. Hit OK, and then the themes should be in that dropdown under the Path button in the appearance tab. And the themes have an extension of .theme

Also, I don't think that TF3D Config will open with the original Tweaks file, so that shouldn't be the problem if you can run the program.

I installed the program but when I try to launch it it says error. and there are to tabs Details or Quit under details it says:
Diamond TF3D Config.exe
NullReferenceException

at f.m()
at Diamond_TF3D_Config.frmMain.v()
at
System.Windows.Forms.Form.OnLoad()
at
System.Windows.Forms.Form_SetVisible Notify()
at
System.Windows.Forms.Form.Control.set_Visible()
at
System.Windows.Forms>Application.Run()
at a.a()

I have tried to re-install but does nothing new.

I think that you need to have .NET CF 3.5 installed to get TF3D Config to run (I alwasy install it first after a new phone or rom, so I can't tell you if it is required). It is ok to install and a lot of other apps use it too, so it sure wouldn't hurt for you to have it installed anyway.
