Are you running on Wifi? Sprint TV will not work on Wifi connection

i got the same message while i tried to launch it with the phone still connected to my pc.. once i pulled the sync cable out it works fine..

Sprint TV won't play while connected to activesync either because when you are connected to activesync your phone actually uses your computer's internet connection. Well atleast I think it uses your computer's connection.

why would I need this. doesnt the phone come with sprint tv?
also wondering which channels I get for free and which cost extra. I have the everything plan with Sprint. some things say "subscribe" and when I click it, it does not say a cost or anything it just unlocks it for me. did I just buy crap I dont want?

not sure about your plan, but if it gives you the option to subscribe you will be charged. check your next bill.

cant connect to server error 7004, I can open and browse channels but attempting to play them. any ideas?

+1 to that. You will get charged for clicking subscribe even if it does not show a fee. Very dirty I agree and I got my charges reversed by threatening them with legal action about charging for something that did not say it would have a charge involved.

Is there a fix to getting the presets in Sprint TV to populate? There's always a connection error when I try it, and it's only with TV. Everything else works fine.

i got the same message when my touch pro was connected to my computer.
try takin the usb out from the phone.

uhhm i get this erro "(error1) there was a problem connecting to the network. please make sure your phone is turned on and restart the application" hope someone can help thanks
