Syncing problem

When i connect my diamond to my laptop it wont let me get into it through active sync.. Not sure what i did only had the phone 24hours lol.. any suggestions? i can see my phone as a removeable drive but cant install some software from the pc do to no active sync..

You may have done nothing to the phone. This is a well documented issue on this site. Might try running a search . Keep in mind that you can only use Active Sync if your PC is running XP. If you're running Vista, you need to sync via Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC).
