my friend just lost his brand new diamond, i thought it was funny. lol. do you think sprint insurance will actually give him a new one, with the 50 dollar deductible. I told him that they probably wouldnt because phone just came out.

I think this may fall into one of the situations in which they're allowed to give you "comparable equipment."

Maybe it's different with newly purchased phones, but normally if you switch esn's you gotta wait 30 days before it's covered by insurance.
