use AE plus button on your diamond...
i know the diamond is lacking in softkeys to turn bluetooth or wifi on but you can always us AE plus. i'm using it right now in my sprint diamond (juicy47 1.1 rom) to turn my bluetooth ON/OFF holding the middle center button (about 2 seconds) and turning wifi ON/OFF by pressing same button 3 times.

Using volume hold to for bluetooth and wifi. Right hold for ok, left hold for start menu, Tripple click red button for explorer, double click for opera. Some buttons won't work with hold.
