Figured i would start a thread with registry edits.
to do these registry edits you need something like, Total Commander or Resco.
After you do these edits, you should wait a minute and soft reset the phone for them to take effect.

Disable the TEXT MESSAGE SENT NOTIFICATION
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings and change SMSNoSentMsg from 0 to 1
