I got the Picturemail dropped off my account and got an IOTA, of course to no avail picturemail doesn't work. I am about to guy back to sMMS, that program is damn flawless and it's fast. I've tried hard reseting, not letting the sprint optimization and all of that run and still didn't work. I tried to install the cab over the existing one and when there was none installed and same problem. I have noticed though, the cache doesn't get cleared out of the internal memory. I have been racking my brain trying to figure this out. I was all excited and giddy for nuffin but im going to try and figure this problem out.

okay guys. i dont know what i did right, but mine worked right out the box. all i did was send myself a pic mail from the website and it came in jus like it did for the guy on the first page. now link to the internet or nothin... heeeelll yea

Did you have a Sprint phone with picmail before?

yea, i've been having picturemail for years now

Just got off the phone with sprint. and teh person said she got an e-mail back from the manager over there. saying that they were changing the picture mail to be the old mogul way. Text message--Link--website. BULL!

ok, i dont know what the hell happened, here we go.

so im getting a new diamond in the mail cause tech supprt sucks and says mine is not right.
so last night i flash my rom to Juicy sprint rom.
this morning i DL the pic mail cab ( his rom does not include it) soft reset it, figure what the hell it might work

so first i go to pic mail, click new. it configures my device, ( something i havent seen before so i am lil excited) but close the ap when the new pic mail shows up.
i go to sprint pic mail website, send myself a pic. YAY!! i get the pic mail, not in a text, but in the pic mail ap!
and i can save the pic! ( i had to save it twice cause the first time it saved it really small) and it saves it in the extenal storage in my pictures.

hope this procedure will work for all of you who, like myself have had waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to many probelms trying to get this to work..

looks like i know what i am doing when i get the new phone :)

now i am going to try and send myself one out of the AP and see if it works.

OK sending myself a pic didnt work, but i did get one from my brother....

So you went to the picturemail website and sent yourself a pic? I'm going to try that now.

that is correct, i did that before trying to send one or anything. i flashed the juicy rom too though.

doesn't work, I just got the link from myself
