Opera Browser issue

the Opera browser and Youtupbe work great but there is an issue.

Here is the situation: If I browse the web with a couple sites on separate tabs and run music player (or other programs), then if I go to the main "launch brower" screen and click on the browser or any favorite links there, it does nothing. it seem that the browser freezes. I can still do other things including playing YouTube but browser is unrepsonsive. soft reset and hold down power button won't fix it either. only removing the battery and restart the phone will resolve this issue.

anyone have this issue?

this is because stock opera only allows 3 simultaneous tabs.
