how do i get my old music to play....the stuff i downloaded from sprint music store on my touch?

u should be able to put your computer downloads into a file and then sync your phone and transfer the file to your phone.call sprint from another phone and they will walk you thru it.

i had that problem with my 940a.now i use bearshare and for the same price as sprint(.99) u can have the songs in your media player,music store(if its an mp3) and make cds out of em.rhapsody is ok also.

yeah i didnt download any to my comp I just sync when i switch phones ohh well

You can re-download them. You just have to remember every song you purchased and search for that song. When you go to it, it give you the option to re-download it 1 time. I'm gonna hit Sprint up for a credit. That is crap. They should have included the web sync like all the other phones.

is the only way to control volume in the sprint music tab with the system volume rocker switch on the side? Does it have an independant volume control like WMP?
