Thread for those without tracking numbers or phones?
 

I ordered my diamond with a new line on sunday the 14th through telesales.

Order number TM-TSRQ

Today is wedneday and still no tracking number or phone.
This is understandable to a certain amount cause of hurricane.

But now I hear of people ordering after me and getting them already.

I dont know what to do. I call people and they all say sitting at warehouse waiting for fullfillment.,

I created this thread for people in the same boat.

Ordered on Monday morning and no tracking yet. Waiting for warehouse processing.

I was told by CS a few minutes ago that the warehouse in Kentucky had power restored and that they should be back to speed tomorrow. So hopefully a Friday delivery. Just don't make me wait all weekend.

Same here, ordered minitues after it came online. No nothing yet. I hear some people are getting deliveries without ever getting thier status updated form "processing" but I am too tired of waiting to believe it.

Same boat as everyone else in this thread. Ordered at 1PM on 9/14. Called Sprint and even though there is an a delivery date of 9/19 they said that some orders will be late. Not the news I was wanting to hear....

If it makes you guys feel better. I also ordered a treo 800 and 3 Pro200's on a separate order on Monday also and those haven't shipped either.

i am in the same boat as you guys. i actually ordered the phone on 9/8 thru EVP and still nothing. No tracking number, no order update yet. I been in contact with the rep from EVP and she is telling me there is a 48 hr delay.

It's probably due to the Houston issues. A retentions rep told me today that the distribution center just got power yesterday and that they are taking care of backlog first. I know to take their word with a grain of salt, but it may be that these incidents are dependant on location.

Well sometime between midnight and this morning, the Treo and other phones shipped and will be here today.

No update on the Touch Diamonds though. :(
