Funny thing as well, when I go to my computer it displays the E: drive but when I try to right click or double click it just locks up. Damn this blows.

Did you try to install activesync (xp) or mobile device center (vista) on the computer before activating activesync?

i synced 2 gigs of music no issues here with the storage

Reading more in depth some users are saying that a non-diamond USB cable could be the culprit but I find that hard to believe. Guess i'll try when I get home.

LOL i doubt this very highly, its the same pin-out. also i just synced 2 gigs of music with a generic USB to MiniB cable.

the only time i use the cable that came with it is on my charger.

LOL! Looks like i'm gonna chalk it up to defective unit. I tried to open up my computer when it connects and access the e: drive but it just locks up. I got to the point where I could right click and then clikc format but it just locks up. Looks like I messed something up. Wonder if when Juicy has sprint rom I could just flash to that and it would fix it?

What i have done incase this happens, is transfer all files from the Internal Storage, onto aa folder on my Laptop. Just incase i have to get a new Diamond
