Anyone have tracking info for their Diamond Shipment? - Page 7

I don't think the website to track your order (sprint.com/myorder), even works. I tried entering some random order #'s (a few numbers off from mine, and even a few more random ones, that showed orders from several months ago). None of them showed a tracking number. Of course, this may mean nothing, but then again, it's Sprint, so their website to track orders NOT working wouldn't be a real surprise anyhow.

I called the 800# and was told that my phone was supposidly already boxed up and ready to go, but there was no tracking # yet (could be true, could be BS), and that I could possibly check tonight after midnight, or tomorrow morning (of course, if the website doesn't work, that won't do me any good either).

About 3 minutes after it was put online Saturday night , directly from the website (about 10:03 PM MST).

I just tried an order number that I had from back in November 2007, and IT shows as "in progress" still, with NO tracking number, even though I've HAD the item since then. So, based on that, I think the website's just there to PO people.

I ordered Saturday night. I just called that number and I was just told that my phone was in the warehouse but no tracking number yet. I mentioned that I was told I would get free overnight shipping and she explained that that meant they would give to UPS say today, UPS would ship tomorrow and I would get Wednesday. That didnt make sense to me but I will just try and be patient and see.

I called them - this morning - they said I had to call HTC who in turn said I needed to call Telus and so on - can you please provide any useful info so we can do this - e.g. part number, price, the group you called?

Ordered mine through tele-sales yesterday afternoon. They told because of the high demand they would not be able to give me overnight guarantee but will have it in my hands by at least Friday. And so the waiting begins, the calm before the storm............

On March 23rd 2008(Sunday) i ordered my touch and it was shipped on March 25th 2008(Tuesday) overnight shipping and i recieved it March 26th 2008. i believe when they say overnight shipping its once its in UPS' possesion everthing prior to that is considered processing, i checked this in my order history, maybe others can check theirs for a comparison.

IIRC, when I ordered my Mogul online, the website status didn't show as shipped with a tracking# until a couple of days after I had the phone in my hands.

That's understandable, but I'm saying I tried many different order #'s just out of curiousity, and none of them showed a tracking number. I even tried an order # I had from November 2007, and it shows "in progress" and no tracking number too.
