i just got off the phone with EVP and she said that we(people with valid company emails) can order the phone but it wont come untill the 14th. so i guess you can order it now but(piece of mind) but still wont get it until later, which isnt necessarily a bad thing. at least you know your set in stone

My cousin works for Sprint as well. She stated to be it was pushed to mid to late september. I hope she is right. I really don't want to have to wait till October. Thanks for the FYI, and keep us posted.

odd...i didn't get that, but i know for a fact that my company (mohegan sun casino) does the discount, so maybe that's why i didn't get that message?

you didn't by any chance ask them if it'd alter your current plan by any chance, did you? that's the only reason i haven't ordered one through them. also, it doesn't look like there's any more of a discount than you'd get if you were eligible for the 150 upgrade + 100 MIRs. and would it be direct ship and we'd get it on 9/14 or would it be after the release date? ummm...i have a lot of questions, maybe i'll call myself LOL

I know for a fact that my company gets EVP discount. I filled out the information and sent it back via email.

They sent me a link this morning to a EVP website specifically for the corporation I work with.

Clicked on the link and was able to see the phones. Bad news is that my page didn't have the Diamond...LOL...well, not really bad since I'm not going to be purchasing the Diamond and am just waiting for the Touch Pro.

Just a little input into the EVP website and the fact that it's definitely legit.

I called EVP and asked them if the Simply Everything plan was a requirement and they said NO. You can stay with your existing plan. The price was $249.00 with a $100 mail in rebate.

i just checked the EVP site and i think they took the diamond off. if you call you can still get it but i dont see it on the site anymore.


also i though that EVP gave discounts on the phones too not just the service itself. the woman that i spoke to said that it was just for the service.

sooo...

He calls today.. he says, "i told you i'd call you as soon as it came in right?"

so i tweaked a lil "ITS IN?????"

"No, but we got the diamond PENS in! Its a pen with the diamond on it! haha"

Man, he psyched me out, but he's gunna give me the pen lol, so i'll put a pic up when i get it haha

He said they should be getting shipment by tomorrow or friday... i hope he's right.

yeah im here at work now, diamond collateral just came in in a big ridiculous touch diamond box via fedex. came with pens, brochures, diamond faq flip charts and everything. im so effing excited about getting one of these things it makes no sense!!!!
