Exactly my point. All cell providers give you 30 days to try it. And garantee you money back if not satisfied. Nothing wrong with that. I dont know why all of you wouldnt do that. Since the Touch pro is gonna be only 34 days away from the diamond. Why not test drive the b0th? Smart right? Trust me.. shelling out 5 hundred gives me all the right to play with Both Before i settle. zjust dont go and return it by saying you want to exchange it. Go in and ask for your money back. Then buy the touch pro. Halleluja!

Why wouldn't I do it? Time is money and I don't have time to be foolin' around goin' to the Sprint Store for a 2 hour wait to do stuff like that.

I'd rather just wait. I already know I want the Touch Pro. If I want to try out the Diamond, I'll just try the display once it's available...LOL.

went to my local corporate sprint store today, all phones have been re-organized, like they're making room for the new stuff. Touch, Instinct and Blackberry curve prices are all 99.00 with new activation. mogul is 199.00 as wel as the treo 800. The manager how I always deal with said the diamond banners just arrived and diamond definately coming on 14th or 15th. Pro on 10/19. guess we'll still have to wait and see.

the diamond rocks as much as the 90210 on the cw! man i missed the old beverly hills 90210 AND getting the diamond will rekindle our love affair with 90210! thankyou htc i can now watch it on my phone. with the sexy vga screen the show will be so hot it be dope!

Some ppl need more than a few minutes in the store to give it a good try. I need to used it on a daily basis to judge it to my likes. So shopping for 2 trips is not a waste of time at all. Its actually smarter. Hey, were all different potatoes.Btw, since when is smart shopping foolin around?

I just heard from a very reliable source whom works at sprint that they are going to be making a big announcement tomorrow about the Diamond. We all know that it is coming on the 14th, its just nice to know that they are going to start advertising it as well.

This doesn't disprove my theory. One you have to think, how would most sprint stores around the country get the same idea, obviously that is true. 1) yo can't keep exchanging phones and saying they're all not getting good service, so obviously you're not just satisfied with the service, its not the device, therefore you can't keep exchanging it out. 2) of course if you're device is messed up you can return it 100 times. 3) another no brainer, if you receive the wrong device you'll get a new one.

Must be a typo. It's also listed as a multimedia phone and not a pda phone.

Bingo! I will use the 30 day risk free. My excuse, I need a physical keyboard and Diamond dont got it. I am unsatisfied. I will ask for my money back and not make the mistake of a device exchange. Then.... after a 4 day wait.... Touch Pro time. Honestly.. depending how big the Pro will feel in my pocket then I will decide. And remember... the key is to ask for a full refund. And eat you veggies.
