MTS PRL and ROM
 

I have a Bell phone that I can't use data with MTS. I have a buddy with same phone in MTS. I copied all the M IP settings and still doesn't seem to get data.

Do I need MTS PRL and/or ROM to get it working? If so, how do I get the PRL off the MTS phone.
