Is it possible to fix the camera for Diamond?

I know theres a bunch of threads about this, I searched everywhere and tried everything.

I lowerd brightness, i downloaded the fuzemobility allcameratweaks (not even sure if thats for my phone lol) though i couldn't find the button to turn it on.
I assume its just automaticaly on.

Is it at all possible to make my camera run perfect or close to perfect? I'll do anything, I'll install a new camera lol I just want a good camera on my phone so i can record perfect or close to perfect videos.
