Can you sync with your pc to retrive data before a hard reset or sync with Microsoft MyPhone to backup contacts and other data? Then you could just hard reset by pushing Power + VolumeDown + Enter (circle button) and hold down Reset until the white screen appears, then press VolumeUp to Hard Reset.

yes, but the "windows start button" as always brought up the launchpad. :(

Before you actually hard reset your MM4.6 WM6.1 ROM or flash, see if you have access to the file explorer on your Diamond still via Manila Touch Flo - Programs - All Programs. If you have access to the built-in file explorer or TotalCommander (TC), go to Windows\StartUp\ and delete panoramic launchpad .lnk for that folder. It's been a long time since I used it, but the .lnk may be called PLaunch or something like that. Once it's deleted from the StartUp folder, soft reset, and you should have your original WM start menu back. Then you can go into Add Remove Programs and uninstall the buggy software. If it will not uninstall for some reason, just find the it's .exe file in Windows\Program Files\ and delete it or it's entire folder for now. If you have no file explorer access from the Diamond, hopefully, you should be able to connect to your PC via ActiveSync, and use it's explore feature to go in and delete the Windows\StartUp\ .lnk for PLaunch or whatever it's called. Please note that accessing Windows via ActiveSync may take a while, so give it time to open, and just remember to soft reset after deleting the StartUp folder link for the launcher.

The bottom line is if you can stop it from starting up at boot, you should be able to save yourself the hassle of a hard reset or the loss of any files or contact info...

Hope this helps...
