Does anybody know how can the HardSPL be flashed on an HTC Diamond through internal memory ?

I don't think it will work but you could try doing it like you flash a rom from Internal Storage by renaming the exe of the unlocker and following the instructions in tobychris' thread in the cdma upgrades forum.
