replacement list???
 

i keep hearing about the "list". the list of devices that you can trade for should your device "unfortunately" stop working correctly. i have the diamond, and its going to crap. where can i find this "list"?

I'll be going to the sprint store monday morning for a WEL list related issue, I'll try to come back with a list of devices, I'm fairly close with the reps at my local store.

Sorry guys, I wasnt able to make it to the store yesterday, might not be able to get there until Wed.

But I can say with near certainty that the HTC Snap is on the WEL list of 'comparable' replacement devices. I know, I know very little about it is comparable besides the fact that it's made by HTC and it runs WM... let's not forget we're dealing with sprint after all lol

reading around it seems that some people on xda and everything diamond...some people have been getting TP1s as a replacement

So I did go to the Sprint store today for an adv exchange on my diamond... they're sending me a BNIB diamond instead of a refurb. First time out of 12+ exchanges on this device... was told that since they've stopped selling the Diamond, the remaining inventory are being used to as high priority exchanges. Did'nt go to my local store so was'nt successful in getting info on the official WEL list though.

I'll try again when I go to pick up my NIB diamond tomorrow.

I got a brand new TP2 as a replacement. I just walked in a sprint store showed him how broke my phone was and they sent it to me the next. The guy I talked to said I could get the Snap, Pre or Tp2

They gave you a TP2 for a Diamond? What was wrong with your Diamond?
