broken htc diamond, what should i DO?
 

My lower volume button seems to be stuck like its on all the time. I am unable to change the volume to increase it. Should i go to the sprint store or the online warranty website to replace? What will they replace it with, I am happy with my diamond will they give me another diamond or something else?

They might give you another refurb but just make sure you flash to shipped and relock first.

Well the online self-service link is no more, so you have to go into the store. If this is really what's happening I am sure they will give you a refurb or order you one.

I was offered a touch pro or another refurbished diamond i would have to wait 4 days for since they had none in stock but had a touch pro so i said yes to the touch pro :D seems to be keeping me happy with all the huge memory for programs. I still have my diamond as well somewhere in my car at the moment.You are most likely going to get a diamond to be honest unless you get lucky.

I got even luckier. They took it to the back room and fixed it, only took them about 15 minutes.
