Touch Screen Doesn't Work!
 

I've had my Diamond for about a year now without any real issues.
About a month ago the touch screen completely stopped working. I can't do anything with my phone except for whatever the physical buttons allow me to do.
I've had this issue previously but it's always come back after a day or so.
Any ideas on why it's not working? When the screen is black it looks like there's an oily thing in the screen that moves around with pressure. Almost as if it was having the separation issue.
I'm pretty sure it stopped working shortly after peeling off my Vagg shield, but it's had this filmy oily thing going on for quite a while before this happened.
I'd like to fix it and sell it as I'm switching to T-Mobile from Verizon.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It went pfft and you need a new screen. You may be able to get it replaced under warranty if this still exists.

have you seen the price of working diamonds on ebay? i don't think you'll turn much profit by fixing it and trying to resell it.
