OWA and Exchange 2003
 

My company has Exchange Server 2003 with OWA. I can access OWA by using my IE on my desktop and go to https://mail.xyxco.com. I've added the needed info into the "Add Server Source" under Active Sync. I then make my selections for email and calendar and how many day’s worth of synchronization I want.

I then start the sync through USB connection, and everything *starts* to sync up. The sync finishes with no errors. I end up getting 3 days worth of *read* messages in my Inbox, and in the 3 folders I have synced under Inbox. My Calendar also updated with 2 weeks of appointments.

The problem I have is it is not updating my Inbox on the Wing with new emails. It seems to only sync after I have read them. I can though make new appointments on the calendar, and those sync perfectly. Has anyone else run into this, and if so what is the solution?

Wow, I'm having the exact same problem. Have you fixed this?

I've tried deleting and adding the servers on activesync on my pc, and just directly on my device, recreated my outlook profile, ran detect and repair in outlook, even a 3 hard resets on my device.
