Issue
 

I don't load mods on my phone, but I have a feeling that a site dedicated to such things might have someone who can help me.


I used my phone to make call a few hours earlier and when I went to use it, it was off. When I turned it on it went to a multi-colored screen and did nothing else.

Screen says:

If somone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. Not sure if I pressed muliple buttons when I turned it on or what. I just want to get it to boot normally. I have tried taking the battery out, but it did not help.

It sounds like what you are seeing is the bootloader. Something has gone corrupt with your firmware.

But did you ever upgrade your phone's software? Or is it on official released software from HTC? Did you do anything to the phone recently? If all the answers are no, then you should go to a sprint corp store and get it exchanged. They will likely give you a refurb, but I'll say a refurb is better than nothing.

Try to reflash the stock ROM, you can find them on XDA. It's also likely that the SD card became corrupt so you can take this opportunity to upgrade the storage using the tutorial linked below:
