Mango update and Sprint TV issue
 

I just updated my windows 7 to windows 7.5, now Sprint TV is not working properly. when it loads the main sprint logo screen, it flickers as it loads now. the menus are all screwed up, they repeat and also if u try to load a video it just sets there with the hourglass and the black screen and never plays. anyone else with Sprint HTC Arrive? sprint was no help when I called, they suggested a hard reset, not a fan of that! anyone

Well my data connection is too shitty to load it so I can't really reproduce the issue ur experiencing. I would try to uninstall and then reinstall the app.

Sprint is aware and doing nothing so far. There are other issues with slingbox too.:angry7:

Hmm, wasn't even aware that the phone had sprint tv. I'll try to see if it works.

Hello Everyone,
Good news, but not from sprint ](*,). Sling has an update for the WP7 that will fix some of the issues with viewing TV. Still a bit slow, but better then b4. No word on sprint TV.

Be careful when browsing the menus. I went in a folder called 9 and the only options were yes and something else.

Clicked on yes as there was nothing saying if the movie was free or not. Then got the you have purchased this movie thing. That and the movie doesn't work.

On chat with sprint ATM.

Edit: Yeah, I was charged $4.99 for something that doesn't work or informed about. The refund was easy though. I wish I could delete sprint TV. Such land mines shouldn't be on my phone.
