Internet Server Down as of 3:20pm Central
 

Anyone else experiencing "No INTERNET" at all through Sprint Network. Call Sprint Customer Service and as usual none of the Advanced Tech knows nothing. Called 3 different Techs, Advanced Techs.

The 3rd techs states that the Internet is down in my area, So no internet for Dallas, FT. Worth customer, Huh!!!!!!!!! Not go Sprint. You will continue to see your customers say Audios Amego and just go to Verizon.

Still no internet. DON'T SPRINT NO THAT WE NEED THE INTERNET TO GET A SIMPLE EXCEL, WORD OR PDF FILE. Since we can not sync like the WM phone or any of Verizon's phone.

I have been with Sprint 9 years. The direction that Sprint is going with the Window 7 phone, being there Top of Line/Shelf Smart/Data is not working!!!!!

is this a slam against sprint or against wp7? because it sounds to me like they are just doing maintenance or completing a network upgrade. I wouldn't worry about it if it continues u can have them credit ur account.

You should probably lay off the caffiene for the afternoon and chill out...stuff like this happens every once in a while....no big deal

Yep the unfortunate price we pay when we rely on technology. I feel your pain but sometimes it is what it is.

The bigger problem is the transfer of files OP posted about. If one could connect directly to their PC and transfer their Word and Excel files, then this might not be as big an issue. I think, however, the OP could upload the files to the hotmail via his PC and then download them later when the network is up and running. Just my opinion....
