few questions for the hardcore arrive users
 

i been playing with this phone for about 3 days and i have 2 of many questions i have about this device and even after researching them i still couldnt find an answer

1. how do u close open apps? it seems like once u open them they are always open and hitting the home button takes u back but when u reopen the app its like it was never closed. wouldnt this make your battery drain quicker if u had many apps open?:scratch:

2. is there a pure solid way to get custom ringtones without ruining your phone?

Ques 1. Back space button close the apps. Hitting the windows button (tombstone) the app so it kindof running in the background.

Ques 2. No custom ringtones right now, not until the mango update which is coming late this year.

thanks, i didnt know what the diff was between the buttons.

is there a thread or somewhere that has a list of apps that people use? or maybe tricks and tips about the htc arrive? i feel like i havent discovered it fully yet

u don't need to worry about apps running in the background and sucking up battery and RAM like u do in WM6.5 and Android. I don't think I've even ran low on RAM yet.
