Ebooks on Arrive?

I know there is the amazon ebook reader and freda but how exactly do you get the ebooks onto your phone with either software? This makes me miss USB flash drive capabilities somewhat more.

see here and there are also other solutions such as emailing them to urself and I also saw several apps in the marketplace that allow an online file explorer,u upload the files online and then u can download/open them on the device. once SkyDrive fully kicks in tho there won't be anymore need for this and the number of ignorant threads will also go down (not saying this one is tho)

On my EVO... I just used my Amazon login to log into the kindle app...
You may need to register with Amazon first if you haven't.
Once logged in you go to the kindle store from witin the app... Once you purchase a book it'll make it available to you.

Yes I am aware of this but I have a bunch of other ebooks that i didn't get off of amazon and it seems there is no way to put them into the kindle app.

The easiest way to get an ebook onto Freda is to put the book onto DropBox, and then use Freda's 'dropbox' tab to fetch the book. You can alternatively use Calibre, or Freda's built-in web browser. Instructions are at Freda

I am thinking that eBooks are going to get cheaper - I saw an article somewhere that one of the best selling eBooks right now is being sold for $0.99....so I am personally going to WAIT it out.
