How do you file a contact by Company instead of name
 

I am using my Outlook to Hotmail to WP7 sync for my contacts and calender. Unfortunately, contacts that were filed by company name on my Outlook now are filed by the persons name in my hotmail contacts & WP7 contacts.

Example of Contact:

First name: Harry
Company: PPC GEEKS

In my Peope hub, it is filed under Harry, but I want it filed under the PPCGEEKS.

I know I can edit the contact to this:

First name: PPC
Last name: GEEKS
Company: Harry

And it will sort it under PPC GEEKS, but I am wondering if there is a proper way to file it under the company name. Thank you.
