His timeline if off in the whole article. Sprint already said we would have the phone by June 30, not August at the earliest, and the CDMA update is coming out on March 8th, not over the summer.

I was on the phone w/ Sprint yesterday evening to see if I could get any more info out of them on the 7 Pro (aka Arrive) release...

The CSR couldn't give me much info, but he did reveal that they are scheduled for training on the device next week & that usually means that the release is imminent.

I sincerely hope so... my TP2 is literally falling to pieces... but I love it so & am counting on the TP3 / 7 Pro / Arrive to take an already great phone to the next level.

I know! Seems they would have stayed with the "Pro" themed names to keep from confusing the business users and make sure everybody knew this is the successor to the 6600, 6700, Mogul, TP, and TP2

Dyin for specs and hoping they upgraded a little from the Euro model. Like 16gb and pipe dreaming for the 8mp camera. Also hope they added 4G
