Touch pro 7 (touch pro 3 but rename) EPIC FAIL
 

First the screen is down to 3.6 which sucks then they say it wont come out till 2011 and its using a two generation old chip msm8250. EPIC FAIL
SO everyone and i mean everyone is making a 3.8, 4.0,4.1 and 4.3 sliders and we get a 3.6 and not only that we also get the old old processor not the 6 month old msm 8255 or the just released to developers msm 8260 we get the old hd2 chip from 2009 that released to developers in early 2009. Why put the 2 year almost 3 year chip in the device with two better generations out. SO we are paying for a benz case with a yugo engine. EPIC FAIL :spin:

where are you finding your info from? are you sure you're not talking about the WP7 HTC Pro 7? click here Just trying to unconfuse myself lol

to bad in March or So when CDMA carriers go to release these thngs, the specs ill be outdated though.. i agee with OP, its still a fail..

MS tells us about ALL these minimum requirements for wp7, then we see This, a WP7 device that meets the Most Minimal of requirements.. 1GHz proc.. 576RAM/ROM... thats pretty weak!!!!

Yea i posted this post BEFORE ppcgeeks put up their post (thank u mods for not deletiing this), again it makes no sense for sprint to release a 3 year old device in 2011 but to each their own. I hate to say it but reluctantly android here im come.

you're right it is a bit of a fail- the phone is really as thick as the TP2 is..but you really have to use a 1Ghz processor and you'll realize what a big of an upgrade it is from the 528 mHz

does it mean we can run a pretty stable android build on it since its like the hd2, do we have to upgrade our sero? for wm7
