Bluetooth file transfers?

Can this phone send files or pictures via bluetooth? Every time my buddy tries to send me a picture it fails on his end. He can send to other ATT customers just fine. But any time he tries to send to me or another Sprint customer it fails. I heard Sprint has blocked many of the features bluetooth offers in it's purest form. Can anyone shed light on this, or tell me how to transfer pictures?

If you wish to actually use a bluetooth file browser on another device to browse the file's on your device, and also transfer to and from your device, there is a program called Airshare that is really kewl.. If I can find the link to the official webpage, I'll post it..
