Getting into bootloader problem
 

When i try to into bootloader the phone goes blank and all it shows is __serial__ on top of the screen and some version numbers on the bottom. What could be wrong. do i need a bootloader program?? pressing the record and power button then the soft reset. (i guess the record button is the little tape icon)
