How to earse a line of red words on the screen?
 

I'm form China, my English is poor, I hope all of you can understand what I said.

The type of my phone is XV6700.
The system is WM5, downloaded from the website of UTStarCom.

When I want to make a phonecall and turned to... there's always a line of red words on the screen, It said
****** "Inital programming required!" ******
I don't know what's wrong of my phone. I reinstalled the WM5 three times, but It's useless.
