CallerID info won't show up

Sometimes CallerID info won't show up in Apache WM6 latest. I have to soft reset to work callerID. Is anyone have this kind of problem or any solution?

What other programs are you running? I saw this happen when I was testing one of the later versions of slide2unlock

Yes, I am running slide2unock. Is there any fix or I have to remove it.
