Text messaging problem(phone i think is the problem)
 

ok iam having a major problem with my phone when it comes to text messaging now. i notice that my phone is not alerting me right as i get the message nor it shows up in the phone. like now i just tested it with my cousin. i sent her a message and she sent me a reply and at 1:17pm i recieved the message and thats the time from the clock on the phone. now when i go to my inbox the message time that it says it was recieved was at 1:10pm. there is something wrong and sprint cannot help me at all. can someone please help. or this maybe the time to return it? i hard reseted and soft reseted last night and i didnt even put everything back on the phone. it seems like im not getting every message im suppose to recieve and if i do theres this big delay in between and its usually fast.

and also sometimes i noticed the phone wakes up like an alert is coming in and doesnt do anything. and it is not active sync thats the problem.

ok text problem are using the standard text messaging in poutlook or u using the threaded app. cuz I'm having delays with the threaded app myself.

as far as ur phone aking it up.....how do u know its not activsync?

I was at one point but it didn't last two hours so I got rid of it friday. but I guess sprint is working on it now because it won't end at all. but since I have magic button isn't it suppose to show on the top what programs are running? activesync isn't up there and/or it doesn't come up when the phone wakes up. so what are the problems ur having with threaded text?

many issues as of right now with delays in my texts...maybe the network tho cuz some don't have problems. and activsync won't show up as running if u selected do not show when inactive.
