EVDO keep alive???
Just upgraded to helmi_c's WM6 on my 6700. Freakn awesome. :headbang:
I only have one issue- My data link doesnt stay alive. With my original WM5 it would stay alive all the time. Now when I use Google Maps or any other program that needs intermittent access to the internet, if I wait too long while using the program the connection will drop and I get an error message. For example- Google Maps. Scrolling satellite view. Wait too long between scrolling and I get an error message stating that an internet connection is required. Then, if I wait, the connection comes back and everything's dandy. I'm sure there's a registry value to edit to keep this alive all the time.... Anyone? |
Try changing the value of AlwaysOn from 0 to 1:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\ConnMgr\Providers\{7C4B7A3 8-5FF7-4bc1-80F6-5DA7870BB1AA}\Connections] "AlwaysOn"=dword:00000001 |
