that is the boot loader screen, where you should be to flash your phone. that is also the version you need to pick in the kitchen. Also turn off USB connections in active sync (xp) or WMDC (vista) before flashing.

If you have windows xp, and have Active Sync installed, go to File > Connection Settings and uncheck Allow USB Connections (its the second check box down). If you have Vista do the same in Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC). Then put your phone into boot loader mode (Power button + record + reset) and it will flash. Make sure you set your kitchen to version 2.02 and select your correct carrier. I can try to translate it with google or something if you still don't understand, just lemme know what language, or maybe someone here speaks it and can help you out.

If your on Vista then you need to revert drivers if you plan to use NoID RUU. Please refer to my guides for complete flashing.

USB only, no BT, wifi, sd card, ir beam. If its possible it's gonna be a pain in the *** for sure.
