yes for the sent part as you are not sending a text message you are sending a "mms" message these are two different types of messages as for recieveing as long as you have text messaging on ur plan you will not be charged because the 6700 recieves pics as text message which link you to the picture

THANKS!! And I'm glad I've only sent like 4 of them lol. I was taking all these pictures today and I was about to have a good ole time sending them out lol. I can't believe Power Vision doesn't cover this.

if you're using a data plan (vision or power vision) then you're only being charged for the messages received, not sent. a good way to check that out is to check your picturemail account. it should only show the pictures that you received, you should not have any in your sent folder.
