Help with radio update

I am currently running radio 1.10 verizon I would like to update to 1.41 which member phoenx06 has listed on here but when I try I get a country ID error can anyone help?

You are already in BootLoader mode when doing this right? I say that because it is the only time I have read someone having an issue. What BL version does your phone display?

I would think that would be an issue to go under this thread here and also see if anyone else had this issue.
