How do I change the background pic?

I dont want to change the entire layout of the 'desktop' screen but rather just the background. Much like how we can edit the welcomehead.69.png but rather Im looking for the one for the desktop background. If someone knows where it exist then please let me know. Or if I have no other option but to use a skinning app, point me to a link please. THX

Do you have a pic in mind? Just save it on your SD or wherever, then go into Start > Settings > Today and place a check in the "Use this picture as the background." Then just browse to where the pic is, and tada. Other than that, each theme (tsk file) has a background built into it. You can use a theme editing program to swap the image (portrait and landscape) with your personal fave. Just google ppc theme editing software.

If you just want to use a pic you on your apache, open pictures/videos in the programs. Then click on the pic you want to use. Click on menu and about the sixth one down is set as today background. Click on that and then set the transperancy level and your done. one note is that if you change themes you will have to set the pic again.
