File is attached below. Make sure you do not have home plugin on today screen when installing. Start settings today items and uncheck home plugin.

... as I've said before ( here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...tc+home+plugin)
this app seems like "HTC Minus!" to me.
There is a clear lack of features IMHO. The default 6 button HTC Home in Helmi_c's WM6
rom blows this one away.
I guess if you are looking for a stripped-down clean launcher of a handful of programs, this might work for you.... not for me though. I am not a minimalist though. I want
functionality and beauty over screen real estate.
Plus! seems to take up the same amount (default setup) as the 6 button HTC Home app.
This reminds me too much of the HTC home plug for the today screen. You know ... that
one line of icons version.
Anywho... that's just my opinion.

HTC Plus Hanging

Be careful. I just installed this, it rebooted and worked fine. I set out to customize it in "today" options. After doing so and clicking OK, it froze. Soft booted it after 5 minutes. It's hanging on boot -- can't get it up and running.

The only things on my Today screen are this thing (HTC Plus), Calendar, Wireless Today, and Owner Info. I am running the Phoenix06 version of Helmi's 1.0.4 rom.

xda has a fixed version of this over on their site:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=326689

As found, this application was non-functional. HTCImgCodec.dll has been added (exists in some ROMs already) and registry settings have been changed to disable the Backlight Adjust function. For some reason when this function is enabled the device hangs during boot and a hard reset is required to fix. You have been warned. DO NOT ENABLE BACKLIGHT ADJUST.

It is the same version as xda. I just hard reset and installed again making sure that Home Plugin was not on my today screeen before installing and I did not freeze. I am running WM6.

Home Plugin was not on my Today page when I had my problems. Just confirmed on brand spanking new hard reset that the problem is the "backlight."

Do not enable the "backlight" button, at least not on the Helmi WM5 Rom.

As I said I am running WM6, and the backlight works great. As for WM5 do not use it has been reported to have problems. But I can say that IT does work with WM6.
