Anyone know where to get the wmodem cab file?
 

Im currently running Jeff Kirvins latest rom but internet sharing seems really slow compared to the wmodem im use to. Besides the screen alignment issue which i cant stand, the internet sharring is really slow. With the oem rom using wmodem, its must faster. Does anyone have the cab file for the oem wmodem file.

if for some reason the zip file wont open, right click on it and change the .zip to .rar
rar is not allowed to be attached here so i changed it to .zip
should open ok though

I installed the cab to my ppc. Its a little different than the one that came with my sprint phone. The instructions are for telus. Will this work for my phone. the program on my phone starts, but there is no connection when I hit connect as before with wmodem connect. Wiindows reinstalled the driver too. Any help is very much appreciated.

So which rom and which carrier?
 

For anyone who had installed the wmodem files, which rom are you using it on. and which carrier? Does this work with the new WM6 rom?

I used it on 3.5, and stock oem rom. Key is to start wmodem without it connected via usb, then connect the usb. I use verizon, but it hsould be the same with sprint as far as files go. There's instructions included.
